Payment Information
- In-app purchases processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Creator payouts processed by Stripe
- Purchase history and billing address
- We do not store complete credit card numbers

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service Providers: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check), Cloudflare (API hosting), Stripe (creator payouts), Apple/Google (in-app purchases), Brevo (transactional email), LiveKit (live streaming) — each contractually obligated to protect your data
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data, including secure authentication, encrypted data transmission, and regular security audits. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Retained while account is active
- Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
- Security logs: Retained for 90 days

Children's Privacy
Katalogue is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@kdms.pro and we will delete it.

A "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" preference is available in the app under Settings → Privacy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
